Basically everyone has counselling at the consultation session to clarify how you feel, the issues involved and what you want improved.  We can then continue with counselling, or if appropriate use other options. Some clients benefit from the use of CBT to clarify the issues they have further and teach them how to help themselves. TFT can benefit clients by  quickly reducing the emotional energy connected to traumas and fears or Advanced Hypnotherapy if you’d benefit from revisiting a previous event and to learn self-hypnosis.
